
PROJECT SUMMARY
Stansted invested £59 million in a brand-new baggage delivery system, updating the huge network of conveyor belts, lifts and chutes underneath the main terminal which transports up to 30,000 bags every day. Contracted as M&E Planning Consultant on the Stansted airport baggage system upgrade. The M&E design and build works consist of the removal and diversion of existing services within the baggage hall to enable the new system to be installed.

One of the requirements for this project was to ensure that the cost and schedule was on track so we set up the relevant tools to ensured that this goal was accomplished. Edward and Wilson worked alongside the project controls team to ensure that accurate data was captured, so to enable the analysis and report preparation which was used to make major decisions on the project.
